The Barwon Infant Study (BIS) is a major Australian longitudinal research project led by experts from Barwon Health, Deakin University, and other institutions. The study required a modernised online platform to share findings, support participant engagement, and showcase over a decade of research outcomes.
We designed and developed a new WordPress website that balances academic credibility with community accessibility. The site includes dedicated sections for participants, clinicians, researchers, and the general public—making complex information easy to navigate and understand.
We migrated and restructured a large volume of content, including research publications, team profiles, and participant information. A clean visual design, accessible layouts, and clear calls to action help users find what they need quickly—whether it’s a journal article, a media release, or instructions for taking part in a study follow-up.
The site is responsive, fast-loading, and easy for the BIS team to maintain internally—supporting both ongoing research activity and public engagement.
Stewart Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a family-owned business servicing Geelong and the Surf Coast with heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions. They approached us for a full website rebuild that would modernise their online presence, generate leads, and support long-term growth in a highly competitive local market.
We designed a clean, professional WordPress site focused on local trust and strong calls to action. Each key service—ducted heating, split systems, evaporative cooling, hot water, and general plumbing—was given its own landing page to support search engine visibility and clear customer navigation.
The site is structured to drive enquiries, with forms, click-to-call features, and strategically placed CTAs throughout. On mobile, it performs fast and clean, with thumb-friendly navigation and scroll-optimised layouts. The brand’s identity is reinforced through consistent colour usage, honest imagery, and friendly yet expert tone.
We continue to support Stewart Air with regular blog content designed to rank for local search queries, explain rebates, and build authority—all helping to turn organic traffic into real leads.
We partnered with Kelly Civil Construction to create a modern, no-nonsense web presence that reflects their reputation as a trusted civil contractor in regional Victoria. The brief was clear: keep it bold, clean, and informative—without unnecessary flash.
Our solution was a streamlined website that gets straight to the point. Key services like roadworks, earthmoving, and drainage are highlighted upfront, with a strong focus on project capability and safety credentials. The layout is mobile-optimised and engineered for fast load times, which is essential for clients and tender evaluators accessing the site from the field.
We implemented a clean navigation system with strategic calls to action ("Contact Us", "Get a Quote") that funnel leads directly into the client’s inbox. The colour palette reflects their branding—solid, earthy, and professional—while typography and spacing give the site an industrial clarity.
Behind the scenes, the site is built on a lightweight WordPress framework that ensures ease of maintenance and future scalability. Hosting is fully managed, with automatic backups, SSL, and malware protection included.
Angelina Pilarinos is an accomplished underwater photographer whose online store showcases and sells limited-edition prints and photographic works. When she reached out, she was struggling with a restrictive developer relationship that made even simple updates time-consuming and frustrating.
Our role was to step in seamlessly—taking over site management, providing fast and transparent support, and making sure her online presence matched the professionalism of her art.
We didn’t rebuild from scratch; instead, we focused on cleaning up backend issues, streamlining the customer journey, and fixing performance bottlenecks that were affecting image-heavy pages. We also ensured that mobile browsing and the checkout process worked flawlessly, given that many of her clients shop via phone or tablet.
The site was migrated into our care, with faster hosting support and a direct line for ongoing changes and troubleshooting—something critical for an active artist regularly adding new works and managing store inventory.
Ontoit is a national advisory firm working across infrastructure, strategy, and project delivery. Their original website was built in raw PHP—functional but difficult to update without developer intervention. Our mission was to modernise the backend by migrating the entire site to WordPress, while keeping the front-end design and corporate aesthetic identical.
This wasn’t a visual redesign—it was a structural and technical rebuild. We replicated the existing layout pixel-for-pixel using a custom WordPress theme, ensuring that no user-facing changes disrupted the brand identity Ontoit had already established.
The new CMS framework gave their internal team the flexibility to manage pages, news posts, and team bios without needing to touch code. We also implemented secure form handling, integrated SEO best practices, and improved mobile responsiveness along the way.
Bellarine Tile Laying needed a no-fuss online presence that looked professional, loaded fast, and helped locals get in touch easily. As a sole trader serving the Bellarine Peninsula and surrounding areas, the client wanted something clean, clear, and reliable—without the complexity or cost of a larger build.
We delivered a custom WordPress site with a modern, minimalist design that focuses on trust and local relevance. The homepage puts key services and contact info front and centre, while the gallery gives visitors a quick glimpse of recent work. Clear calls to action guide users toward enquiry, whether they're on desktop or mobile.
The site is fully mobile-optimised, lightweight, and easy for the client to maintain. We also provided email setup and basic SEO configuration to help local customers find the site through Google.
SQ Builders is a Geelong-based residential and commercial building company known for high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. They needed a modern, visually appealing website to reflect their growing reputation—and to serve as a central place to showcase projects and attract new enquiries.
We designed a clean, structured site that balances aesthetics with functionality. Strong imagery is used throughout to highlight their builds, while a minimalist layout keeps attention on the work itself. The homepage introduces key services at a glance, and the gallery-based portfolio allows potential clients to explore completed projects with ease.
Behind the scenes, the site is powered by WordPress, giving the client full control to update content and expand the project gallery over time. Built with responsiveness in mind, it performs smoothly across devices, and fast-loading pages ensure strong user experience from the first click.
Cintra is a specialist infrastructure consultancy working across project delivery, strategy, and advisory services. They required a sharp, professional web presence to reflect their industry expertise and support their growth in both the public and private sectors.
We delivered a modern, minimal website that puts clarity and professionalism first. The layout is clean and structured, with defined service areas, team profiles, and clear pathways to contact. Typography, whitespace, and colour usage were carefully considered to present authority without clutter, while a modular WordPress setup allows the Cintra team to manage content in-house with ease.
Mobile optimisation and performance were key priorities, especially given the site’s professional audience. The final result is a fast-loading, mobile-friendly platform that communicates trust and credibility from the first impression.
School Music Australia is a nationwide provider of instrumental music programs for schools—based outside of Geelong and servicing clients across all states. This project reflects our capability to work seamlessly with clients anywhere in Australia, delivering professional results beyond our local region.
We built a clean, content-driven WordPress website focused on clarity, trust, and lead generation. The goal was to clearly explain their music education services in a way that resonates with principals, educators, and administrators. Rather than using product listings or eCommerce features, the site focuses on informative service pages, educator testimonials, and a clear path to enquiry.
Designed for national reach, the site performs flawlessly across mobile and desktop, loads quickly, and communicates credibility from the first impression. We also ensured that site structure and messaging were optimised for broad-market SEO and simple navigation by busy school staff.
Stormer Music is a growing network of music schools operating across Australia. As a national brand, they needed a website that could support multiple locations, deliver consistent messaging, and encourage enquiries from both students and potential franchise partners.
We designed a clean, scalable WordPress site that reflects the welcoming, creative spirit of the Stormer brand. Each location is featured with dedicated content and tailored contact options, making it easy for visitors to find their nearest school and get in touch. The site balances visual warmth with a clear structure that appeals to parents, adult learners, and educators alike.
While the front-end experience is polished and friendly, the back-end is built for flexibility—allowing Stormer to easily update lessons, locations, and content as they expand.
